At BossMatcha, we are committed to delivering the highest quality ceremonial-grade matcha to our customers. Due to the nature of our products as food items, and in line with health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened or delivered.
All sales are therefore final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bossmatcha.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review each case and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
