At BossMatcha, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping within South Africa only – we currently do not ship outside of South Africa.
Flat Rate Shipping – a single flat shipping fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.
Processing Time – orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times – standard delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days of dispatch.
