Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us and after payment is processed. Please review orders carefully before submitting. All sales are final and subject to our Refund Policy (see below).

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

 

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees will be applied where applicable. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment details.

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Flat Rate: All orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery depends on your location. We are not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

 

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products as food items, and in line with health and safety regulations, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
