Latte Base
- 1 tsp (4g) BossMatcha ceremonial grade matcha
- 60 ml hot water (60–80°C, never boiling)
- 100 ml milk of choice
- Ice
Tiramisu Topping
- 1 tbsp mascarpone
- 2 tbsp double cream (or fresh cream for a lighter texture)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
To Finish
- Dusting of matcha powder
- 1 ladyfinger biscuit (optional but recommended)
Method
- Sift your BossMatcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour in the matcha, and add milk.
