Tiramisu, but make it green. The Green Tiramisu Latte blends the earthy smoothness of BossMatcha with a creamy, mascarpone topping for a drink that feels like dessert in a glass. Finished with a dusting of vibrant matcha and a ladyfinger biscuit, it’s indulgence with a refreshing twist.

It’s rich, velvety, and just fancy enough to impress - perfect as an afternoon treat or a sweet ending to your day.

Latte Base

  • 1 tsp (4g) BossMatcha ceremonial grade matcha
  • 60 ml hot water (60–80°C, never boiling)
  • 100 ml milk of choice
  • Ice

Tiramisu Topping

  • 1 tbsp mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp double cream (or fresh cream for a lighter texture)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To Finish

  • Dusting of matcha powder
  • 1 ladyfinger biscuit (optional but recommended)

Method

  1. Sift your BossMatcha into a bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the matcha, and add milk.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip together mascarpone, cream (double cream or fresh cream), honey, and vanilla until thick and creamy.
  4. Gently spoon the tiramisu cream over your matcha latte.
  5. Dust with matcha powder and top with a ladyfinger for that signature tiramisu finish.
